Dane Electric Foreman Dwaine recently exemplified our core safety values at the OKC Fairgrounds Coliseum project. He spotted a potential fall hazard with a fixed ladder installation on the catwalk and immediately took action. Dwaine didn't hesitate to Recognize the hazard, Raise his voice, Reach out to Flintco, and Do the Right thing. Thanks to Dwaine's quick thinking, we're now reviewing the ladder's design and exploring safer options. This is precisely the kind of proactive safety culture we strive for! Flintco and WestEast Design Group, LLC teamed up to transform 3 critical Fire and EMS stations across City of Austin. Downtown's historic Station 1 received a sleek interior makeover, Station 22 was rebuilt from the ground up, and Station 3 now boasts a state-of-the-art apparatus bay. What does this mean for Austin? Faster response times, better emergency capabilities, and improved working conditions for our brave firefighters and EMS crews. We're honored to play a role in providing these heroes with a facility that matches their dedication and professionalism. Shoutout to Andres Rosales from Midwest Drywall! While walking his assigned floors, Andres spotted a safety hazard—a trade partner using a ladder improperly. Without hesitation, he took action! He Recognized the hazard. He Reached out and asked the person to come down. He Raised awareness by coaching them on proper ladder safety to prevent injury. Ladder safety is crucial because even a small mistake can lead to serious injuries. Andres did it Right by helping someone else do it right. #Flintco4LIFE #FlintcoAustin
