  • Time to Celebrate! ?? Quarter 4 and 2024 have officially come to a close, and we’re thrilled to announce our Values Matter winners! With an outstanding 113 nominations in Q4, the decision-making process was tougher than ever. So without further ado, here are our Q4 winners: ?? Jaila Stokes – Flight Adventure Park - Charleston ?? During a party, Jaila noticed a young Guest returning to the group in tears. Concerned, she checked in to ensure the child wasn’t injured and learned the issue: the little girl was missing her mom. With permission, Jaila went above and beyond to comfort her. She retrieved a stuffed animal from the arcade redemption, gave it a matching wristband, and invited the child to “keep an eye on the teddy bear” while having fun with her friends. The thoughtful gesture worked wonders—the little girl quickly returned to the platform and began playing happily with her friends. The party mom was extremely grateful for Jaila’s kindness and quick thinking. Her compassionate actions turned a moment of sadness into one of joy, creating a memorable experience for the Guest and her family. ?? Aziz Kachouane– iSaute Laval ?? After finishing his shift and heading to pick up his son from kindergarten, Aziz noticed a Guest's car door wide open with valuables exposed. Instead of walking away, Aziz took swift action. He used the microphone to call for the car’s owner, and when no one responded, he personally approached Guests one by one until he located the owner—a mother with three young children who had accidentally left the car unlocked. Her relief and gratitude were immense, knowing how easily things could have gone wrong. Aziz’s actions delayed his own plans, even incurring a penalty for picking up his son late, but he didn’t hesitate or regret his decision. He felt it was his duty to ensure the Guest’s belongings were safe. Aziz exemplifies accountability and results-driven action. By putting the Guest’s needs first, he not only safeguarded their property but also provided peace of mind in a stressful moment. His commitment to doing the right thing, even at personal cost, reflects the true meaning of living out our values. A big congratulations to Aziz and Jaila for going above and beyond to create a once-in-a-lifetime experience for our Guests! Your dedication, compassion, and commitment to our values make a lasting impact, and we’re so proud to have you on our team! ?? • Celebrating Our Values! ?? Quarter 3 is officially in the books, which means it’s time to reveal our Values Matter winners! This quarter, we saw a total of 78 nominations, which is the highest amount for a quarter this year, along with eight nominations for Support Center Team Members, which is the most all-time since we launched our Values Matter Program! So without further ado... ?? Blake Whaley – Flight Adventure Park - Charleston ?? A Team Member was unable to get her car started. After help from a few other Team Members, she called Blake, and he came to the park to help her. It turned out she needed a new battery. He then went with her to the auto parts store to help pick one out and installed it for her before his shift started. It was hot out and Blake didn't complain...he was just happy to be able to help her out. Her vehicle has been fine ever since, and she has been able to get to and from work safely! ?? Jenn O’Carroll – Flight Adventure Park - Jacksonville ?? When one of our team members was going through an incredibly tough time, Jenn stepped up in a big way. After hearing that this team member had been in and out of foster care and was facing being kicked out of her home, Jenn didn’t hesitate. With support from our Support Center team, Jenn opened her own doors to make sure this team member had a safe place to stay. But Jenn didn’t stop there. She reached out to local housing options, foster care services, and even connected with the team member’s case worker to ensure she could return to her hometown and find stability. Jenn also took the extra step of purchasing a bus ticket to get her there, and most importantly, offered kindness and support during this difficult time. A huge congrats to Blake and Jenn for going above and beyond to support their fellow team members! Your compassion and dedication truly make a difference, and we’re so proud to have you on our team! ?? ?? Check this out! ?? Flight recently donated 125,000 pairs of jump socks to VA hospitals and state-sponsored nursing homes across the United States. FLIGHT ADVENTURE PARK MAKES IMPRESSIVE NATIONWIDE DONATION OF 125,000 PAIRS OF SOCKS TO VA HOSPITALS AND STATE-SPONSORED NURSING HOMES Premier Flight and Aviation-Themed Trampoline Park Makes Impactful Donation Across the U.S. Springfield, VA (August 6, 2024) – This summer, in a remarkable display of generosity and community spirit, Flight Adventure Park, the premier flight and aviation-themed trampoline park, has donated 125,000 pairs of socks to VA hospitals and state-sponsored nursing homes across the United States. Valued at $500,000, this donation has reached 208 different locations in all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico, providing the safety to walk to thousands of veterans and nursing home residents alike. Flight Adventure Park is more than an entertainment destination for families – it is about fun, connection, learning, adventure, and continuously giving back to local communities in as many ways as possible. In partnership with the Masonic Service Association of North America (MSANA), Flight Adventure Park learned of the critical need for socks within the VA care and nursing home network and recognized an opportunity to make a significant impact using inventory of new, obsolete socks. Understanding the broader need for socks nationwide, Flight Adventure Park increased its donation efforts to include special support for communities affected by the fires in Maui. Through this sock donation initiative, Flight Adventure Park upholds its commitment to making a profound difference in the lives of those in need and delivering once-in-a-lifetime experiences. ? “It stands as a testament to the power of community and the difference that can be made when organizations come together for a common cause, “says Steven L. Yeffa, CEO of Flight Adventure Park. “Flight Adventure Park plans on continuing this donation initiative for years to come.” “When Yeffa presented this initiative to us, we immediately engaged the Veterans Administration Center for Development and Civic Engagement and the response was extraordinary,” said Tom Nash, Hospital Visitation Representative of MSANA. “Surpassing our expectations, we connected with numerous VA hospitals and nursing homes around the country, both within and outside the MSA network. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Yeffa and the Flight Adventure Park team for their exceptional generosity.” Flight Adventure Park brings to life imaginative spaces designed to encourage active play, celebration, interactive learning, and the freedom to fly. It features activities such as trampolines, dodgeball, climbing structures, air slam basketball, arcades, and more.

  • ?? Celebrating Our Values ?? Today we celebrate our second quarter two Values Matter Program runner up, Mary Molano from our @flightadventurepark Support Center! ?? Mary has been instrumental in closing our Support Center office, located in Sterling, Virginia. From ordering packing supplies to working with the new tenant, she has gone above and beyond to meet the deadlines of space turn-over, identifying and delivering usable supplies to various individuals and our Springfield location. As the final amazing effort, Mary sent a welcome package to the new tenant that assumed our space. She even scraped the logo off the conference room glass on her own time! This exceptional effort saved us over thousands of dollars in rental payments over the remaining term of our lease. Thank you for going above and beyond, Mary!
