Aggregate view:?Users now have the ability to see detailed metrics about their portfolio - including rent and “cost-per” metrics - at a granular level by location and at an aggregate level by region and by country. ?? Vendor auto-mapping and categorization:?Office-related invoices are now programmatically mapped to a location and to a custom vendor category for budget and spend tracking. ?? Email-based data pipelines:?Users can now configure recurring emails with CSV attachments from their utilization data provider to automatically upload attendance data into FlexDesk. ?? User grouping:?Users can now assign groups to individuals and leverage filtering/grouping/sorting functionality for insights on attendance patterns. ?? UI enhancements:?Users now have additional analytics functionality, including the ability to input tailgating assumptions and to (un)select days-of-week for aggregate reporting metrics. ?? New feature spotlight: Approval Workflows! ?? Approval Workflows exist within the policies framework of the coworking management product. It allows admins to designate specific types of bookings that require internal approval from a company administrator. Example approval criteria include: - Price - Meeting room size + duration - Any combination therein Admins can stack criteria on top of each other to create both 'OR' as well as 'AND' functionality. Admins can also designate any individuals within the company to auto-bypass the approval step. Enjoy!
