Meet the team - Dr. Erica Person! ?? Dr. Person has been a private practice audiologist since 2005, specializing in hearing aid and tinnitus management for both adults and children. She is a passionate educator, guiding private practice owners on thriving in today’s hearing care environment. ?? As president of the Indiana Audiology Coalition and vice president of the Audiology Practice Standards Organization, Dr. Person is shaping the future of audiology. Her dedication was honored with the Joel Wernick Award at the ADA 2023 AuDacity conference. Outside of work, she cherishes time with her husband and children. ??

She is committed to providing patients with the most effective, evidence-based treatments to improve their hearing health and overall quality of life. ?? Don't worry, Dr. Person is not going anywhere. Dr. McGuire allows Flex Audiology to expand our service offerings and ensures you are not waiting 3-4 weeks to be seen for an appointment.

Back in July, we set out to find someone deserving of a life-changing gift: premium prescription hearing aids and our comprehensive care services. Meet Angela, our winner! ?? Angela’s story is one of resilience and perfect timing. She visited us to explore hearing aids, believing her insurance would help. But just before her fitting, we discovered she didn’t have coverage. The very next day, Angela called to share she’d started a new job but was now in the waiting period for her new insurance. What Angela didn’t know was that her family had nominated her for our ‘Hear for the Holidays’ program months before. In an incredible twist of fate, Angela was chosen as our winner!
