Since joining, Ryan has already made an impact—asking great questions, bringing valuable insights, and jumping in with guidance that makes us all better. He has a natural ability to navigate complex deals, and he’s quickly proving to be a trusted resource for both our team and our clients. Ryan specializes in industrial real estate and land transactions, with deep experience in contract analysis, negotiations, and site selection. The first time I met Shonda Mobley, it wasn’t an interview—I wasn’t even looking to hire anyone. We are thrilled to welcome Chad Cochell to our team as the new Director of Development and Asset Services. We have known Chad for years through his outstanding work as the Director of Real Estate for the University of Oklahoma. Additionally, Chad has led a successful sales team at IMMY, traveling the world to expand their business, and has spent the past few years working for a CRE developer. This experience and his previous work as a CRE broker means his experience aligns really well with our current services. Chad brings a vast knowledge of OKC, Norman, and the surrounding areas. His role will be pivotal as we work to streamline and maximize our portfolio assets and expand our development department projects. ?? Celebrating 10 Years of Dedication! ?? This July, we are thrilled to celebrate Marissa Lee and her remarkable 10-year journey with our company! ?? Marissa started as an assistant and has climbed the ranks to become our Senior Asset Manager. Her unwavering dedication and hard work have been key to her growth and success. Throughout the years, Marissa has continually taken on more properties, demonstrating her commitment to excellence in managing both our assets and those of our clients. Marissa’s passion for her job is evident in her willingness to learn new things and take on additional buildings, no matter the challenge. Managing properties is no easy task, especially when dealing with challenges like hail, ice storms, and HVAC outages. Despite these obstacles, Marissa’s enthusiasm for her work never wanes. Property management can often be overwhelming, as it’s a role where people usually call when something isn’t working. Marissa takes it all in stride, methodically working through every issue until it’s resolved. We’ve had the privilege of watching Marissa grow up in this position, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her commitment and the exceptional work she does for our company.
