With nationwide shipping demand growing, they needed a solution that matched their high standards for customer experience. The goal? To make online ordering as delightful as visiting their Portland stores. 2 calls later, we launched a solution that: - Shows customers exact delivery dates based on their location and shipping methods - Handles the additional cost of premium delivery options seamlessly - Integrates perfectly with existing shipping operations The result?     Another big launch. Multi-millions in orders per year. The Fat Butcher now offers delivery dates to customers with Flare. The Fat Butcher knows it’s important customers can choose delivery dates for their orders. They secure more orders. And more customers come back to buy again. But it needs to be a reliable and automated system. Scheduling orders has to work with all payment methods. And if customers need to reschedule a date. There shouldn't be hundreds of customer support emails and manual order updates. That’s where we came in. The Fat Butcher uses our Checkout integration to make delivery date selection more reliable. Preventing orders being missed and shipped too early. And with our Customer Accounts extension, shoppers can now view and edit their selected delivery dates, without sending an email.     Delighted to announce our launch with the Small Beer Brew Co. Supermarket giants spend millions each year on infrastructure to offer delivery date choices to customers. F&B D2C businesses need to find reasons for customers to buy directly. Higher profit margins, higher retention. There’s a few levers: 1?? Product Hard to differentiate here. 2?? Price Typically the same or lower in supermarkets. 3?? Customer experience A superior experience? Show your brand, tell your story, what you stand for, what you offer, why you offer it. Convenience is a big factor. Small Beer now takes all of the big tech infrastructure that supermarkets have built for delivery date flexibility and brings it to all of their customers too.     Never stop selling in e-commerce… This is one of our biggest features to date! We launched it on Tuesday and Plenish are using already. You can now set availability dates by product. Context: You sell your products as normal, which are all in stock. They can be ordered for delivery on any date (1 February onwards). But some products are out of stock, arriving soon (5 February). Instead of marking these products as out of stock. Which is missed sales. You can set the "Earliest available date" for specific products. Flare knows when different products are available and shows the corresponding date ranges at a cart level. So customers can continue buying from respective dates. Meaning you can continue selling across gaps in stock levels. With vs without Flare: - More conversions - Higher AoV - More sales For the exact step-by-step setup, drop a DM.     Today, we launch with Plenish, part of Britvic plc. Millions in orders per year. Plenish wanted to offer delivery date choices to their customers. Because it's important that customers can order beyond immediate delivery. And flexibility for customers drives more sales and repeat purchases. But Plenish needed to set some rules. - Cut-off times for next-day delivery (11am UK) - Shipping zones for UK & Ireland transit times - Blocked dates for Sundays - Blocked postcodes for certain locations Meaning more customers are buying without limitations.
