O'Hara will moderate a panel titled "Data Privacy Laws: The Modern Age" at the National Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator's 32nd Annual Symposium on Alcohol Beverage Law & Regulation. The panelists will be in-house compliance counsel from Wine.com, Brigid O’Hara, Esq., NA ABC Director of Programming, Missy Welch, Esq., & outside privacy counsel, Jenny Holmes, Esq. from Nixon Peabody. Given the continuing move to online alcohol sales and marketing, and agency use of online application filing, protecting the private information of customers and user and the related cybersecurity concerns are at an all-time high. The panelists will share their expert knowledge on legislation, litigation and current developments and best practice in privacy protection.?
