The City of Noblesville Common Council approved The Granary, a $67 million mixed-use development project along the new Pleasant Street Corridor. Through its Build For CT program, the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) is excited to announce its involvement in the financing of The August, a 420-unit apartment development located at Steelpointe Harbor in Bridgeport, CT. This development is currently under construction and will include 10,000 square feet of retail space and a 466-space parking garage. Build For CT is a Connecticut Department of Housing program, facilitated by CHFA, that focuses on the creation and preservation of market rate apartment developments that include a minimum 20% of the units affordable to middle-income households earning between 60% - 120% of area median income.
