Five Capitals empowers and equips people to live and love one life, deliver good through an impactful life and courageously pursue a full life. How do we discover, solidify and go after these three things? What does it look like to consistently live out a life that’s integrated, full, and impactful? It starts with our priorities, how we view them and live them out. To help participants assess and sort out the priorities of life – we help them discern the “capital” they have in their life. Where do they have time, resources, insights, experiences, relationships to invest to truly and intentionally go after what they desire for their life? This framework (or concept) is called the Five Capitals and is outlined below: What are the Five Capitals? 1. SPIRITUAL How much faith do you have to invest? 2. RELATIONAL How much relational equity do you have to invest? 3. PHYSICAL How much time and energy do you have to invest? 4. INTELLECTUAL What intellect, skill sets, and competencies do you have to invest? 5. FINANCIAL What financial resources do you have to invest? These are listed in order of priority. The problem is that most everyone has put these in a different order, often putting Financial Capital first. Through Five Capitals Coaching, participants learn practical ways to arrange and keep the capitals in the priority that Jesus teaches, as well as learning Biblical tools and paradigms to apply to every area of life.

    In leadership and personal growth, there are three crucial dimensions that shape a strong, effective leader: an inward connection to core values, a communal relationship with others, and outward engagement with the world. Just like in the discussion on faith, these three elements form a robust framework for leadership development. Leaders need to continually refresh their internal compass—ensuring their purpose, vision, and values are clear and aligned. This deep inner work keeps their relationship with their leadership vision strong and refreshed. Leadership doesn't happen in isolation. Just as "iron sharpens iron," leaders grow through constructive relationships and feedback from their team, mentors, and peers. This discipling community is essential for mutual growth. Finally, leaders must step out and engage with the world—building bridges, understanding diverse perspectives, and leading with empathy. Connecting with those outside of familiar circles fosters new ideas and innovation. Balancing all three aspects can be challenging. It’s easy to default to one or two.     ?? Business Series Part 3 | VALUES If you want your business to thrive in the second half of 2024, there are three things that you need to believe in. We're going to tackle them one at a time over the next three videos. Part 1 and 2 are already up! ?? We've already talked about believing in the product that you offer, the service you provide. ?? We talked about believing in your brand identity, how you show up in the world. ?? And today we wanna finish by talking about #3. Believing in your core values. These values are just the critical actions or the key characteristics that you have decided ahead of time, will define the work that you are going to do. This is the way that you're going to < show up >. This is < how > you're going to do the work. And our suggestion is that when you create these values that you use active words rather than passive ones. So don't just pick integrity or honesty or commitment or loyalty or those kind of things. Instead, pick things like "dare to love" or "seek the truth" or "become fully present with our customers." ?? Whatever it is that you decide, pick things that are action oriented. Then the second thing is make sure these values come from inside. Values only work if they're actually the thing that you believe about and care about. That is a wrap folks!
