The RIGHT person in the wrong spot FEELS like the wrong person ?? One of the most common things we face with our clients is managing underperforming employees. Most companies have systems in place to address poor performance (conversations, growth plans, or firing), but they often fail to ask a key question: “Is this person in the right role?” A great employee who is in the wrong role will not feel like a great employee. Far too many companies go through the long process of letting someone go, replacing them, training the new person, without ever asking this question.
