Today, the CMAA Houston Chapter held its annual Hardhatters Gala and Excellence Awards. Two projects from Five Companies received the prestigious title of “Project of the Year” for Water/Wastewater Projects: “Project of the Year, Water/Wastewater (Horizontal) Project greater than $100M” was awarded to the Northeast Transmission Line Construction Program Management for the City of Houston, and “Project of the Year, Water/Wastewater (Plant) Project greater than $100M” was awarded to the North Harris County Regional Water Authority's Alan Rendl Regional Pump Station. “This has been the goal of Five Companies since the beginning: work together to deliver projects that positively impact the community, so we are beyond excited about these awards,” states Five Companies’ Principal, Mark Boyer. “We’ve assembled a pretty amazing team and are so fortunate to have been a part of these incredible projects as Five Companies.” To celebrate and acknowledge the entire team on each project: Northeast Transmission Line Construction Program Management Owner:?Houston Public Works Program Design Management:?Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc.
