    In a nutshell, there are several standing and seated core exercises that seniors can do if they have limited mobility. It could be something as simple as holding your abs in for 10 seconds. Doing this a few times every day would certainly strengthen your core. Sitting tall in a chair and reaching directly down to the side would be a good exercise for the obliques. Seated leg raises either straight leg or bent while keeping your abs pulled in tight is another example. Seated cross crunches, the list goes on and on. The best exercises are going to vary for each person depending on there particular limitation and the severity of it. The good news is there is something for everybody!
