Fitler Club and The Fitler Foundation are proud to announce the inaugural Impact Residency Class of 2025! The group includes Philadelphia nonprofit & B Corp leaders advancing innovative responses to our city’s most pressing social and environmental issues. Fitler Club and The Fitler Foundation honor these leaders by offering personal and professional support, recognizing that their well-being is essential to their impactful work. Residents will spend one year in membership at Fitler Club, and the residency will provide access to tailored executive support, luxury wellness offerings like personal training and nutrition consultations, and structured opportunities to engage with a network of influential leaders across various industries. This residency is a vital step toward creating a sustainable ecosystem of innovation and social impact, aligning with The Fitler Foundation’s broader mission to amplify changemakers who are shaping a better future for us all. The Fitler Foundation Board would like to thank you for your participation in our campaign to identify Philadelphia’s most impactful nonprofit and B Corp leaders. Our citywide search resulted in over 130 nominations and a final cohort of ten incredible leaders. During the next year, there will be several opportunities for Fitler Club members to better understand their work and support their organizations. From the start, the Club was envisioned not just as a gathering place, but as a catalyst for positive change in Philadelphia.
