We got to celebrate Josh Day winning the MVP award, as well as a Silver in the Residential Construction category and a Bronze in the Commercial Maintenance category. Honored to have played a part in preparing the Fallen Firefighters Memorial for the 38th Annual Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial Service. It’s a privilege to ensure this sacred space is as beautiful as the heroes it honors. Shoutout to our entire maintenance team that helped get this site perfect for Saturday’s ceremony. To all the brave men and women we remember this weekend, we thank you for your service and sacrifice. ????

Fantastic Progress at Aspen Meadows Park! Last week, some of the playground equipment arrived, and installation is about to begin. It’s always exciting when the play structures start to come together! We’re also making great progress on the sidewalks—fun fact: Phase 1 of the park includes over 1,500 linear feet of sidewalk! Over the next few weeks, work will begin on the parking lot. While we’ll do our best to minimize traffic disruptions, please note that the right turn lane from Cowpoke to Marksheffel will be partially closed during construction on the parking lot entrance. Stay tuned for more weekly updates, and don’t hesitate to ask any questions in the comments – we’ll answer them in future posts!

Exciting news! The Aspen Meadows Park project is well underway. We're excited to be developing this brand-new 13-acre park in northeastern Colorado Springs. Phase 1 of the park will feature a variety of playgrounds, a soccer turf field, plenty of sidewalks, and more! ? In August, we moved over 6,000 cubic yards of dirt to the site to kick things off! ? Keep an eye out for our weekly updates, and feel free to ask any questions in the comments – we’ll answer them in future posts!

We hold this property dear to our hearts and are truly honored to be entrusted with its care and maintenance.
