We’re Ready to Kick Off the Season! ?? What an exciting two weeks it’s been at Fisher Island Club! Alongside Annie Borges, I had the amazing opportunity to lead our Leadership Training, giving our managers the tools to feel empowered and confident in all things club-related. Special shoutout to Bob Turk for delivering an insightful Employment Law session, helping us all stay on top of the dos and don’ts in the workplace. This week, we took it up a notch with our football-themed Season Kick-Off training for all hourly employees! With the season just around the corner, we’ve armed our team with everything they need to make it our best yet. Our vision? To be the best-in-class private residential club community in the world – and we can’t do it without our incredible team.
