Congratulations to Fisher, Bren & Sheridan attorney Bart Cahill for receiving a defense verdict in a premises liability case in Barnes County, ND District Court on January 8, 2025.?Plaintiff claimed carbon monoxide poisoning resulting in serious and permanent injuries sustained in a farm storage building.?Bart represented the farmer/defendant where the incident occurred.?The last demand prior to trial was $750,000.?The jury returned a verdict finding no liability on the part of Bart’s client.
