Fisher Architecture is excited to share that construction for the redevelopment of the historic Carlisle Firehouse in Milford, DE is underway! The project involves transforming the 2nd and 3rd floors into apartments, with parking and storage on the 1st. Our energy-efficient design, created in collaboration with ownership and energy experts, is pursuing C-PACE accreditation. ?? Exciting Project Update! ?? Our Architectural and Interior Design Team recently completed a full renovation of the Hilton Garden Inn in Kennett Square, PA. ?? We aligned the project with the brand’s design package for guestrooms, public areas, and the exterior facade. Our process included a thorough site assessment and adherence to Hilton’s PIP (Property Improvement Plan), all while integrating new brand standards and preserving key existing features. Collaboration was key as we worked with the Contractor, Hilton, and ownership to tackle a complex renovation. Highlights included refinishing the indoor pool, opening up the main lobby, and updating accessibility requirements. From refined floor plans to custom finishes, our team's attention to detail and commitment to our client ensured a timely completion.
