This award is presented to only 10 companies in the Eastern & Southwest Missouri and Southern Illinois areas each year. It is designed to honor companies whose leaders demonstrate a high level of personal character, ensure that the organization’s practices meet the highest standards of ethics, and consequently generate trust with its customers and the community. The winners are selected by the BBB Torch Awards Committee, who are past award winners and serve as the judges.
