The core decision-making process at FirstQuadrant is now powered by our AI "Brain". We feed the AI a combination of - Function library: a collection of all possible functions that can be performed - Sender and Recipient context: all available contextual information we've collected about the sender and the recipient of a given conversation - Conversational history: the entire conversational history between a sender and a recipient. Given these inputs the AI then autonomously reasons and decides what function to call next. This approach is a lot more versatile than a traditional deterministic decision-making framework. Basically the AI always knows what to do next and doesn't require human input anymore.
