FirstMatch is Health Insurance Portability and Accountability (HIPAA) compliant and all data is considered to be Protected Health Information (PHI). Organizations control access to their data through a cloud-based server that they own, so client data is fully secured and protected.

FirstMatch is an admissions software solution that uses predictive analytics to help child-serving organizations identify the most appropriate program for a child in the juvenile justice, child welfare or behavioral health system. FirstMatch uses a treatment provider’s historical outcomes to create a provider-specific tool that will select the best program for a child. By matching a child with the right program the first time, FirstMatch reduces the amount of time youth is in the system, reduces trauma and increases the likelihood of a positive outcome for both youth and provider.
