We are proud to partner with the African American Community Service Agency, an organization that strengthens African American identity, culture, knowledge, and more.

Our team recently volunteered at African American Community Services Agency (AACSA)'s Food on the Table distribution. The drive served families from the downtown San Jose area, providing them fresh vegetables, fruit, milk, and other pantry staples. We had a wonderful time supporting the families and the broader San Jose community.

We were honored to participate in a Día de los Muertos commemoration with the City of Mountain View's Multicultural Engagement team. We decorated a vibrant ofrenda to embrace this beautiful tradition of honoring loved ones and reflecting on meaningful memories.

At FIRST 5, our strategic plan showcases our shared vision to support young children, their families, and caregivers across Santa Clara County over the next three years.

On Saturday, Santa Clara County-based early educators enjoyed a day of professional growth and development opportunities. We are proud of this year's early educators who spent the day at the FIRST 5 Family Child Care Leadership Conference, elevating their leadership skills and making a difference in the childcare community.

Families with young children can get connected to essential resources, healthcare, and more at a new family resource center in San Jose! In partnership with Grail Family Services (GFS), we are excited to see this center open, empower families, and help them thrive in Santa Clara County.
