Meet Chris Jones, our new SVP Loan Officer at our Downtown Rogers location. We're thrilled to introduce you to Chris and share a little about him so you can get to know him better! Originally from Jacksonville, Chris earned his degree from the University of Central Arkansas (UCA). His impressive career journey includes experience in loan servicing, consumer loans, and commercial loan review before transitioning to commercial lending and banking. Chris is a proud father of two - a daughter who plays trumpet in the Bentonville Band (following in his musical footsteps!) and a son currently attending the University of Arkansas. At home, he's greeted by his two beloved dogs. When he's not helping clients with their financial needs, Chris enjoys relaxing at home with his dogs, watching his favorite shows and movies. He's also passionate about shopping, cooking, and staying active at the gym! A little-known fact: Chris has a talent for writing song parodies and loves singing in the car. ?? Morning starts with coffee with cream, while evenings call for unsweet tea or Coca-Cola. His local dining favorites include Acropolis, Crepes Paulette, Gusanos, Wrights, The Witching Hour, and Co-Op! Meet Trey Jenkins, our new VP/Loan Officer at our Fort Smith office! Get to know Trey a little better: Trey's a family man through and through - married to Corrie with a son named, Henson and another baby boy on the way this April! Their nine-year-old golden retriever, Obi, completes their busy household. When Trey's not at the bank, you'll find Trey playing pickleball, watching chess matches (or playing a game himself), cheering on the Razorbacks, or wrestling with his son and dog at home. The entrepreneurial bug bit Trey early - he ran his own snow cone stand for several summers as a teenager, and today he's a partial owner in multiple businesses! A Van Buren High School grad, Trey started his banking career as a teller before moving to Fort Smith where he worked in accounts/retail lending and became a branch manager. Most recently, he served as a commercial loan officer while earning his degree from the University of Arkansas. Next up: working toward his CPA license. Fun fact: Trey's morning fuel of choice is water and sports drinks, though he admits our First Western hot chocolate is quickly becoming a favorite!
