    We’ve built a Trojan Horse GTM strategy. Here’s what it looks like Step 1: Create a tool that reps love within their existing workflows. Research prospects and build pipeline (research, call scripts, outreach). Quick set up, access, and time to value. Step 2: Turn reps into champions that help us break into accounts Step 3: Identify our internal champion reps Step 4: Provide onboarding and free credits to help us break in Step 5: Meet with leadership and share clear numbers around adoption / value This turns the typical B2B buying process on its head and reduces the risk for sales leadership because we knock out the adoption challenge early. Breaking down the door in a competitive space like sales tech is pretty hard. Sales leadership picking the right tech in a sea of hundreds of AI sales tech tools is even harder. Our goal is to make it a no brainer by doing the heavy lifting up front.

    During our SKO (yes we ran a 3 person SKO with Amanda, Jared, and I) a few weeks ago, we did a team wide cold call power hour. One thing became very clear. Our cold call scripts weren’t good enough, it was somewhat of an after thought. We realized in that room just how helpful and important they can be. This is why we re-built our entire cold call script overnight, essentially creating a cold call cockpit for reps. Relevant research, triggers, quotes, openers, and mobile numbers. Using our own product has been a massive unlock. We feel the same pains as our customers / users. It allows us to rapidly improve our product, anticipate what to build, and how to best support.
