Part 2 of our Top 24 is here! 6) Many of our First Tee chapters held clinics at local tournaments, including this one at First Tee - Greater Charlotte with Justin Thomas. 7) Ariel Collins from First Tee — Metro Atlanta hit the longest drive in Drive Chip & Putt history. 8) Lilly Pulitzer launched its "Golf Til' You Drop" print in support of First Tee and outfitted some of our First Tee – Florida Gold Coast participants at the Cognizant Classic. 9) Nicole Iniakov from First Tee - Monterey County hit a hole-in-one on 17 before going on to win the 2024 PURE Insurance Championship Impacting First Tee. 10) Hannah Stouder from First Tee — Greater Sacramento played with Mark O'Meara in his final professional golf round at the PURE Insurance Championship.

As someone who has spent the majority of my career working with incredible non-profit organizations, including my current role with First Tee - Metro Atlanta, I can truly say that the impact these organizations make is invaluable. This #GivingTuesday, I want to take a moment to highlight a cause that’s incredibly close to my heart. First Tee - Metro Atlanta works with young people from ages 7 to 18, providing them with mentorship, life skills, and opportunities that will last a lifetime. Over the past three years, we've seen more than 20 teens graduate from our program, a testament to the real and lasting change we're making in their lives. It's not always easy to keep teens engaged in programs like ours, but the dedication of our staff and the support of our community make all the difference. Last week, our CEO Greg McLaughlin addressed more than 800 of our chapter leaders during our Network Summit opening session, sharing several key wins that are moving our network forward: - 71 Chapters have been in the network for more than 20 years. - In 2023, we reached more than 155,000 young people across the Chapters, which rivals our top year in 2019. - Teen retention has been trending up the last three years. - Since 2019, we have invested in modernization – positioning the First Tee to better meet today’s kids and families, including enhancements to curriculum, investing in technology, refreshing our brand, introducing the College Scholarship Program and more. We are deeply proud of our Chapters and the work we’re doing as a network to meet the changing needs of today’s youth.

This year marks 25 years of Building Game Changers in the Atlanta community. First Tee — Metro Atlanta impacts about 1,000 participants annually in 10 program locations. ?? 100% graduation rate among First Tee Seniors ??Awarded almost $500K in college scholarships in the last 5 years. ??Introduced two unique teen programs focusing on mental health, career development and academic success.

This past week at the TOUR Championship was unforgettable! As a Proud Partner of the PGA TOUR Championship, Accenture had the opportunity to host clients, engage in meaningful conversations around innovation, and create memorable experiences centered around the excitement of golf. We were proud to kickoff our Mentor Match program with First Tee — Metro Atlanta. The program allowed four First Tee — Metro Atlanta alumni to connect with an Accenture leader based on similar career paths and industries. The program consisted of a case study analysis, networking and relationship building strategies. By curating this valuable experience for both parties allowed us to bring our partnership to a new level. We also hosted several Talks on the Tee panels, including appearances from Olajuwon Ajanaku and Earl Cooper, PGA with Eastside Golf, Morehouse College Golf Coach Edgar Evans, and PGA TOUR Commissioner Jay Monahan. These panels led by Chloe Barzey provided exclusive access to conversations with golf leaders and influencers who are changing the game, while amplifying leadership voices and sharing unique stories.
