With over 30 years of experience in operational leadership, Bob brings a wealth of knowledge, strategic insight, and technical expertise to First Tactical’ s leadership team. Bob Denny, First Tactical’ s President noted “First Tactical has always been customer focused. DeMont will improve our inventory and warehouse practices ensuring that we will be light years ahead of our competitors”. Bob joins First Tactical with an extensive background in driving operational excellence, having held leadership roles in diverse industries including consumer package goods, defense aerospace, injection molding plastics, apparel and equipment fabrication. He is a results-driven executive known for his ability to streamline processes, implement strategic initiatives, and build high-performance teams. Bob served in the military, where he gained invaluable leadership and operational experience. His military background, combined with his corporate expertise, has shaped his approach to achieving operational success. Bob’s vast experience is complemented by his impressive academic credentials, including a Bachelor’s degree from the United States Military Academy, and three master’s degrees: MS Robotics Engineering form Worchester Polytech, MS Engineering Management from Stanford, and MS Operations Research from Stanford. Additionally, Bob holds the Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma, demonstrating his commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. As COO, Bob will oversee the daily operations of First Tactical, working to further enhance operational efficiency, drive innovation, and ensure the continued delivery of high-quality products and services to our customers. His vision and leadership will play a critical role in supporting First Tactical’ s growth and mission to provide top-tier tactical gear for law enforcement, military, and first responders.
