Here’s a peek into her experiences and what makes her role special: Q: How long have you been working at Porter Bank, and what led you to join the team? A: I just celebrated my one-year anniversary at Porter Bank last month. I was looking for a career where I could grow and have support from Executive Management, and I found that here. Q: What do you enjoy most about your role at Porter Bank? A: I really enjoy working with each department and getting the chance to visit every branch location. It keeps my work interesting and allows me to connect with so many different people. Q: What sets Porter Bank apart from other banks? A: At Porter Bank, we truly work together as a team. Management is also very understanding when it comes to maintaining a good work-life balance, which I really appreciate. Q: What advice would you give to someone who is considering a career in banking? A: A career in banking is definitely rewarding! There are so many options to explore—whether it’s working as a teller, in lending, customer service, IT, or many other areas. Q: How has Porter Bank supported your professional growth and development? A: Porter Bank has been fantastic in providing the tools I need to grow and succeed within the company. I feel supported and encouraged every step of the way. Q: Outside of work, what hobbies or interests do you have? A: Outside of work, my focus is all about family.
