The Science Behind Trauma and Sleep Recovery for First Responders Friday, October 18 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm In this presentation, individuals will learn about how critical incidents and trauma affect the brain and the body, learn the ideas behind Polyvagal Theory and mindfulness practice, and put coping skills to practice.
