We’re excited to share that our team had the incredible opportunity to participate in the Friends of Boston's Homeless Golf Tournament this year, and helped raise over $60,000 to support our vulnerable neighbors moving out of homelessness into safe, stable housing. ?? This year’s funds are especially meaningful as they’ll help young adults—many of whom have faced instability, violence, or aged out of foster care—transition out of shelters and into supportive housing where they can start building bright futures. ?? This is a photo of one of the young people's new, safe home at More Than Words where they will live peacefully as they strive towards independence. This adaptive reuse of a former Historic Catholic Middle School, along with a new three-story addition, now serves as a 50-unit affordable housing development that beautifully preserves the building’s academic charm.
