Samantha brings over 15 years of experience in the wine & hospitality industries to her new role. As COO, Samantha will drive the company’s core operations, ensuring smooth execution across departments, optimizing processes, and supporting long-term organizational goals. Her leadership will be pivotal in aligning operations with strategic objectives, fostering collaboration, and maintaining the high standards First Growth Brands is known for.?Samantha will report into the President of First Growth Brands. Samantha is a graduate of Sonoma State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Early Childhood Education. I am thrilled to announce that Jason Neri has been promoted to Head of Sales for First Growth Brands. Jason joined us as Midwest Region Director back in 2023, and since then, he has been promoted twice due to his outstanding work, drive and dedication. Most recently, Jason served as Central Region Director, where he exceeded expectations and took on all sales responsibilities with ease earlier this month. With over a decade of experience in the beverage alcohol industry, Jason has built brands and managed sales teams with Breakthru Beverage, Jackson Family Wines, New Belgium Brewing, and several startup operations represented by Domaine Select Wine & Spirits.
