Just back from a site visit in Durham, NC and HITT Contracting Inc. is making good progress on Rigsbee Collection Phases II and III. Beautiful masonry exterior nearly complete on Phase II and concrete podium being formed on Phase III -- looking forward to delivering both projects with Elmwood Development LLC in 2024!

Excited to announce our latest investment in North Carolina.?In partnership with Atlas Stark, Raleigh-based investor and developer, we acquired 251 Edward Teach Ext. on Bald Head Island.?Currently a multi-tenant commercial property on a half acre parcel of land, this former fire station has a ton of long term potential.?And special thanks to our lender Dogwood State Bank as well. Looking forward to maximizing value on this one, and to additional opportunities to partner with Atlas Stark...may even have some in the works already!
