Katie Bass visited Concordia University in Seward this week to talk with Dr. Kathy Miller's Social Policy, Programs, & Services class about #EarlyChildhood policy in #Nebraska and FFN's work to ensure Nebraska's youngest children receive the strong start they need for a bright future.

Thank you State Senator Machaela Cavanaugh for introducing and prioritizing #LB13 which adjusts the reimbursement for services provided by the Child Care Subsidy program to pay providers based on enrollment rather than attendance. Paying providers based on enrollment creates predictable and stable funding streams necessary for them to maintain their business operations. FFN testified in support of LB13 at its January hearing.
