First Electronic Bank is pleased to announced the appointment of Sherrie Rees as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). ? Ms. Rees joined FEB as our Chief Financial Officer in September of 2022, and has been an integral part of the executive management team during a time of growth and expansion. Sherrie has over thirty years of banking experience, primarily as CFO and in other leadership positions.?Prior to joining FEB, Sherrie was the CFO at Edward Jones Bank (In Formation), where she worked with state and federal regulators towards the preparation of an application for a new Utah Industrial Bank. Prior to Edward Jones, she served for twelve years as CFO of Medallion Bank, overseeing all aspects of the bank’s accounting, cash management, asset liability management and internal controls. She has also served as CFO at SNFC Bank and American Investment Bank. In addition to her role at FEB, Sherrie is active within the Utah?banking community and is a board member with Family Promise. Sherrie holds her MBA, CPA, and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.
