I feel like I make this post once a month these days, but I am reminded consistently that most of our customer base doesn't know or remember that Firetrol Protection Systems of Austin has a full division of staff that is dedicated to integrated security (access control, cctv, perimeter security, etc). This dedicated staff consists of a manager, sales staff, design team, project management, installation teams and service technicians. There is nothing in the security realm we do not do or cannot do. Some great changes coming to our Firetrol Austin office!
Coming soon! We have started the expansion of the Firetrol Austin office and my favorite part is this new area which will be our training room. This room will used to train technicians, sales, and end users on integrated security, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler systems. For the integrate security we will have several different access control systems, intrusion systems, video management systems, as well as some small specialized systems running. I'm planning on have some mobile carts setup to teach techs how to dress out doors for access control and how to retrofit wire to existing doors. My goal with this area is to train the next generation of technicians to do the work and do it at a high standard. Firetrol. We're different, we're better!
