As we wrap up National Social Worker Month, we want to recognize Stephani Green, a Home-based Case Manager at Firefly. ? Stephani does this work because she knows how important it is for everyone to have a voice and to learn how to use that voice to advocate for themselves and their loved ones. We're very grateful to have her understanding and kindness on our team! Thank you, Stephani! ??

Today we highlight Kate Penn, an Home-based Case Manager with Firefly ? Kate attended Indiana State University for undergrad and Ohio State University for her Master’s of Social Work. She originally pursued a law degree, and during her first-year internship, she discovered that she was spending a significant amount of time with youth service workers. She realized that her values aligned more closely with theirs, leading her to a desire to serve in community. We are truly appreciative that she pursued her passion. Thank you, Kate! ??

Today we highlight Sarah, an Outpatient Therapist with Firefly. Sarah's mother always told her from a young age she had a beautiful heart. It was when volunteering for a non-profit that helped at risk elders, she truly found her niche in serving vulnerable populations. This lit a fire within her to advocate for others. We are so lucky to have her kind heart as a part of our team! Thank you, Sarah! ??
