Comfortable telling stakeholders "no" when their ideas stink ? Able to prioritize ruthlessly – we're not here to build every feature under the sun ? Skilled at turning vague customer challenges into concrete, actionable specs ? Unafraid to get your hands dirty with technical details when needed ?????????? ???????????? ???? ??????: ? Have built enterprise software with teams that move fast but do not break things ? Know your way around a logistics operation (because those are the complexities we're tackling) ? Have been in the trenches at Walmart or worked shoulder-to-shoulder with them ? Are located in Northwest Arkansas, giving you the opportunity for regular face time with your customers We don't care about pedigree or years spent warming a seat elsewhere. We care about what you can do and how quickly you can learn. If you're looking for a cushy 9-to-5 with clear-cut responsibilities, this isn't that.
