The unit was left in great condition, which is something we love to see because it makes our job so easy. Our team will go in and give the walls a new paint job and clean the unit. We're back at Mulberry Unit 4 in Whittier, CA, after completing our turn! You'll notice that we put new blinds in, painted the walls and baseboards, and redid the flooring.
