The day kicked off with Amy Skelding, FINN Managing Partner, Travel EMEA, digging into the merits and risks of bold innovation versus cautious adaptation in the rapidly evolving travel landscape. Later, Jennifer Hawkins, FINN Managing Partner, Luxury Hospitality, sat down with Paul Croughton, Editor and Global Luxury Expert, Robb Report; Peter Howarth, CEO, Show Media; and Andrew Demaria, VP and Executive Creative Director, NBCUniversal | Catalyst, to investigate the intersections of luxury goods and luxury hospitality.
The Future of Wellness Tourism 2025 report was unveiled, with Catherine Feliciano-Chon, Managing Partner, FINN Partners Greater China, diving into growth opportunities in both travel and luxury spaces and offering actionable strategies for brands.
Gregory Cole, Senior Partner at FINN Partners Luxury, spoke with Jing Zhang, luxury expert and former Editor-in-Chief of Jing Daily; Amy Nelson-Bennett, CEO, Positive Luxury; and Charlotte Keesing, Director, Walpole, about the global shifts in luxury consumption, including the Chinese consumer market and sustainability regulations.
The summit concluded with a fireside chat between Debbie Flynn, FINN Partners Global Travel Practice Lead, and Claire Irvin, Head of Travel for The Times & Sunday Times, who reflected on the PR and marketing landscape.
