FINKLE + WILLIAMS Architecture was founded in 1998 and is located in Lenexa, Kansas. We are an employee-owned group of architects and designers from various backgrounds and mindsets, recently being named AIA Kansas City's firm of the year in 2023. Our craft is planning, architecture and interior design, but our passion is building relationships. We don’t “problem solve.” We CREATE SOLUTIONS that improve performance and enhance communities locally around the world. Our extensive portfolio includes corporate, industrial, entertainment, mixed-use, military and master planning work for public, private and municipal clients throughout the United States and abroad.

Kadean Construction and Bci Mechanical Inc. performed a helicopter pick to lift and install 28 HVAC rooftop units at the new Marvin manufacturing facility in Kansas City, Kansas. Given the vast size of the 400,000+ SF facility, the use of a helicopter instead of a crane minimized risks and enhanced safety for crews working both on the ground and on the roof. This efficient choice helped not only to place all 28 units in just over an hour, but also saved a week’s worth of time and money! Thank you to our partners at BCI Mechanical for a successful and safe installation. Our team was excited to see the progress on our recent site visit to the new Masters Transportation headquarters in Kansas City, MO! This three-building campus is a major milestone for the company, consolidating operations from seven different locations into one streamlined facility.
