Finger Lakes Community Health (FLCH) announced today that it is exploring the potential for Mosaic Health to become part of its organization. This would bring together two health center programs committed to expanding access to healthcare. Officials said joining forces would enable the two organizations to share resources, expand their collective reach, and be a stronger force for good in their communities. Six of our health centers, Geneva Community Health, Penn Yan, Ovid, Port Byron, Newark, and Sodus Community Health, have been nationally recognized as Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Homes. Margaret Cifonelli-Munger (left) and Olivia Catalano were named “Family Planning Superstars" at the 2024 Provider Meeting in Albany (held by NYS Family Planning Training Center & NYSDOH). These peer-nominated awards were based on their contributions to promote and expand high-quality, equitable, family planning services. Awarded by NYS Department of Health.?
