We are heartbroken by the passing of our dear friend and Find Your Grind co-founder, Luke Trembath. ?? Luke’s passion for life, adventure, and inspiring the next generation was at the heart of everything we built. His energy, kindness, and vision helped shape Find Your Grind into what it is today—a movement empowering young people to chase their dreams, embrace who they are, and design lives they love. His impact will forever be part of our mission, and we will continue to honor his legacy in all that we do. Rest easy, Luke. You will always be part of the FYG family. ?? #FindYourGrind #RIPLukeTrembath

The people who succeed in their careers aren’t the ones who know everything. They’re the ones who never stop learning. Kelsey Janda, former VP of Design at Hudl, takes this approach every day. Instead of waiting for answers, she actively seeks out knowledge, talking to other teams, calling users, and gaining insights that fuel better decision-making. That's why at Find Your Grind we help students develop a problem-solving mindset, teaching them how to ask deeper questions, explore different perspectives, and take initiative. Let’s help students build the mindset they need to thrive in any career they choose.

What if your school’s career readiness program wasn’t just inspiring... But also proven to work? Education isn’t just about grades, it’s about preparing students for real-world success. That’s why Find Your Grind was built with research-backed strategies to help students discover their strengths, build career confidence, and create meaningful futures. Now, WestEd has independently verified that Find Your Grind measurably improves student outcomes, earning Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) Tier 2 Verification. With this validation, schools gain access to funding opportunities that expand career readiness initiatives while ensuring real impact in the classroom. A huge thank you to WestEd for their rigorous evaluation of Find Your Grind and to our partner, Montgomery County Educational Service Center, for all of their support. We’re excited to continue empowering students together!

Big thanks to Daniel Weidmann and the entire Find Your Grind team for inviting me to join this week's webinar, “Stop Talking About AI and Start Teaching It.” This session focused on how schools can prepare teachers and students on how to start learning about AI effectively. I had the pleasure of being on a fantastic panel alongside Brett Roer, Candice Sears, Elizabeth McCardle, and Steven Iglesias, all of whom shared valuable insights and a deep passion for addressing these challenges that schools are having. We explored how schools can take actionable steps to implement AI education standards to help them keep pace with the emerging technology sector. It’s exciting to see how Find Your Grind is supporting these efforts with their AI training planforms! #Innovation, #AI, #EmergingTech, #Education Colleen C. The biggest thing stopping kids from playing sports? ACCESS. Here's how we're changing that.. We just built a rink with the Anaheim Ducks to bring hockey to students who need it most. Growing up in California, hockey wasn’t always taken seriously. If you weren’t from the East Coast or Canada, you were overlooked. Now? The game is EXPLODING here, and we’re making sure students have access to it. Through this partnership, we’re: → Building outdoor hockey spaces in school districts that lack access to the sport. →Creating opportunities for kids to play, regardless of where they’re from. → Growing the game in non-traditional markets and inspiring the next generation. Huge shoutout to the Anaheim Ducks foundation and my team at Find Your Grind for making this happen. Because when you give kids access, you give them a shot at something bigger. Follow me for more on sports, education, and building opportunities that last.

Success isn’t always about moving forward.. It’s about staying open to new directions. Matt Lounsbury, now president of Proud Mary Coffee, built a thriving coffee career, left the industry, and thought he was done. But curiosity and opportunity led him right back. His journey is a reminder that sometimes stepping away isn’t an ending, it’s just another step toward growth. Students should be encouraged to explore, pivot, and embrace new challenges instead of fearing change. How can we teach students to see career shifts as opportunities, not setbacks?

  • Founder Nick Gross recently sat down with Margaret Pearlman from Hawaii to discuss how she introduced Find Your Grind in her district. Her approach? Start early. By rolling it out in middle schools first, Margaret and her team are helping students explore career paths before they even reach high school, giving them the confidence to shape their futures with purpose. • AI is transforming every industry—but are students ready? Most schools are still treating AI as a futuristic concept rather than a practical skill students need today. This exclusive webinar brings together education and AI industry experts to move beyond speculation and deliver real-world strategies for integrating AI education into classrooms.
