Lead and engage campers in games, sports, arts & crafts, and outdoor activities ? Create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for all campers ? Be a role model by demonstrating teamwork, leadership, and enthusiasm ? Supervise and ensure the safety of campers at all times ? The Findlay Family YMCA is hiring Lifeguards, Swim Instructors, Pool Managers, Cashiers, and Concession Stand Attendants to join our Aquatics Team! If you enjoy working in a team environment, keeping people safe, and creating a great experience for our community, we want to hear from you! Available Positions: ?? Lifeguards – Monitor swimmers, ensure safety, and enforce pool rules. ?? Swim Instructors – Teach swim lessons and build confidence in young swimmers. ??♂? Pool Managers – Oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure a positive pool environment. ?? Cashiers – Greet guests, handle admissions, and assist with customer inquiries. ??
