We had a great time celebrating women in HR Tech at the #HRTechConf ?? Our team had the opportunity to attend the Women in HR Technology Summit, where they sat in on keynotes from women industry leaders. During the keynote "Secrets from Top Tech-Savvy Talent Acquisition Leaders,"?Barb Forman Ruess,?Jennifer Tracy,?Joanna Clark, and?Yvette Stortz?discussed the theme songs for the moment: Watchtower (Jimi Hendrix version), the Gambler, and It's Tricky. ? Balance: AI and automation will require a balance between technology and touch. Transparency and oversight. ? Know before you go: Dig in early to what the technology does and what the risks are to make the buying process and implementation go faster. ? Close the windows before you turn on the AC! Overlaying new technology over old processes without optimization does not create value. ? This is a partner dance: procurement, implementation, and change management involve cross-department cooperation and meaningful engagement. Metrics, communications, and a shared vision are essential. It was a pleasure connecting and networking with trailblazing women who are leading the way in HR!
