This Thanksgiving, we’re honored to spotlight people who are dedicated to giving back to their communities. Our documentary short from Findhelp Films, “Filled with Hope,” follows several individuals across the country who devote their time and energy to creating and stewarding neighborhood food pantries in the rapidly-growing Little Free Pantry network. This film inspired our own team to start a Little Free Pantry at Padrón Elementary School (part of Austin Independent School District) in our hometown of Austin, Texas. Every month, our staff deliver boxes of non-perishable food and hygiene items to support the students and their families ?? We’re thankful for our team, our customers, our community and vendor partners, and the passionate folks across the country who work endlessly to help people get the resources they need – we're proud to support and amplify your efforts. If you’re feeling thankful, please share this story to spread the spirit of giving back. ?? Get inspired ?? https://lnkd.in/gxZsyM_V #gratitude #Findhelp #FindhelpFilms #littlefreepantry #documentary #storytelling

We're proud to share that Cobb County, Georgia, is now live with their Findhelp platform – "FindHelp Cobb" ? Cobb County is Georgia's third most populous county and part of the Atlanta metropolitan area. Their branded Findhelp platform is sponsored by the Cobb County Board of Commissioners through the American Rescue Plan Act. ?? Irene Barton, Executive Director of Cobb Collaborative, says: "If I use FindHelp, because of the algorithms and how the platform works, you're going to get the most complete and the most up-to-date resources." ?? Ross Cavitt, Communications Director of Cobb County Government, adds: "The amount of programs and topics they have is endless... We've tried to keep track of programs in Cobb County for people who need help, but it's hard to do. The programs come and go, and we don't always know when they're open or who they'll help. FindHelp keeps track of this for us. It’s an app that will benefit both the county and the people in need." ?? Read more about FindHelp Cobb County ?? https://hubs.li/Q02ZDn4M0 ???
