We source the ingredients ourselves, partnering with 3rd and 4th generation farmers to maintain the highest quality spirits possible. But our commitment to our community doesn't stop there. After processing, our spent corn is sent to Harvest in Fairfield for recycling. Our grain is composted into mulch that is spread across lawns all over Connecticut.
