Here we are learning about the precision required for sealing the end caps on the open ends of vertical mullions in this curtain wall system. This step is crucial in the prefabricated assembly process. However, without performance testing in the field, it is nearly impossible to visually identify issues, which is why field testing is essential in our industry. Through these tests, we can pinpoint the source of water infiltration and collaborate with the installers to create a remediation plan. We then retest to validate their solutions, ensuring a leak-free assembly that is completed on time and within budget ??
