Still time to RSVP… “Time Boss – Unlock Your Week” Wednesday, March 12, 2025 9:00am to 12:00pm ? ? Orange County United Way 18012 Mitchell South Irvine, CA 92614 Tuition: $100 per participant ? This practical hands-on workshop helps individuals unlock their week and start the process to find their Highest Sustainable Pace: making more progress on their top priorities, and experiencing more peace in their day-to-day schedule. This seminar is designed to help leaders and their teams identify the root causes of their overwhelm and provide practical solutions to manage time effectively. By leveraging the Time Boss framework, participants will learn to balance their workload, manage stress, and enhance productivity. Participants will gain actionable insights and tools to help their teams work more efficiently and with less stress. They will leave with a clear understanding of how to create a sustainable work environment that supports high performance and well-being. This includes: Identifying and addressing key stressors and sources of overwhelm. Learning practical habits and systems for results-driven time management. Implementing strategies to create realistic buffers and prioritize tasks. Access to ongoing support and resources through the Time Boss framework. ? Andrew Hartman is the founder of Time Boss, an organization that helps leaders and their teams take control of their time to get the results they want. Andrew founded Time Boss after burning out several times in early-stage startups, even losing his sense of smell for a season. He has taken all he has learned over the years to build a system to help business leaders and their teams avoid the same mistakes, and instead fi nd their Highest Sustainable Pace, making more progress on their top priorities and experiencing more peace in their day to day schedule. Andrew has been an early-stage startup COO for 10+ years supporting the launch of software and technology platforms from 0 to $9M, including Caliber Media Group, Sevenly, Cotribute, Download Youth Ministry and BRITECITY, and has been a multi-unit franchise owner. He is a regular speaker to founders, CEOs and business leaders, including Vistage, Convene and CBMC. Outside of Time Boss, Andrew leads multiple at-risk youth ministries at Mariners Church in Irvine, and serves on the nonprofit boards for Teen Leadership Foundation and Feed the Music.
