Last night, some of the FRED team members who helped make Seasons at Franklin a success gathered to celebrate the completion of the project and all that was accomplished. Whether it was property management on-site, IT ensuring they had the necessary tools, HR hiring the right people, or construction staying safely on schedule, each project has a TEAM of people behind it and we couldn’t have done it without any of them. The annual Entrata Summit, hosted in Salt Lake City, Utah, wrapped up yesterday! FRED team members including Michael Bingham, CPM, ARM, Kristi Peirce, Heidi Kivi, Erin Ball, and Brett Miller spent the week learning, networking, and demoing new products that will allow us to better serve our residents. ????? FRED team members gathered last week as volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, an organization whose mission aligns closely with our values. For the past few years, FRED has sponsored Milwaukee Habitat in the building of a Milwaukee area home. We are excited to see the home taking shape and look forward to dedicating it to a deserving family in just a few short months.

The FRED team and Grafton community members gathered on August 21st for an afternoon celebrating construction progress at Seasons at Grafton in Grafton, WI. Hosted in the unfinished clubhouse, the event featured catering and beverages from vendors local to Grafton (Sendik’s Food Market and Sahale Ale Works) as a nod to the excitement we feel for adding another property to the community. Renderings detailing the future finishes and amenities of the project were scattered throughout the room and guests were invited to join for hard hat tours of the future model home, which was just a short distance from the under-construction clubhouse. On March 21st, 2024, our teams gathered for the 2024 FRED Summit - our annual kick-off to the leasing season.
