This year, FGX International and #FosterGrant focused on designing collections that answered the needs and wants of our consumers, creating the best value-focused sunglasses, reading glasses, and optical products.?Matthew Coon, SVP Product Design & Development championed a team that embraced creativity, transparency, and collaboration. “Our team loves to work closely and share ideas and important considerations as we move the product, packaging, and displays through the key steps in the process.” ? As a leader, Matthew is driven to define and guide team members with thoughtful planning and goal-setting. Fostering strong connections through open conversations, he aims to create opportunities for cross-functional teams to explore new ideas and solutions with excitement and energy. ? We came together at the FGX office in Smithfield, RI to celebrate Thanksgiving with over 100 corporate employees and 195 distribution center team members. A delicious lunch catered by Fire Works in Providence, RI made the day extra special.
