Congratulations to all of our colleagues and friends who were recognized at the Cleveland State University College of Law Hall of Fame 2024 Induction Ceremony this past Friday! Judge Brendan Sheehan and FG+G founding partners Gordon Friedman and Terry Gilbert, also Hall of Fame members, had a great time celebrating the achievements of this year’s honorees.

Are you ready for Election Day? Polls open at 6:30 a.m., and don’t forget to bring a valid ID with you. All IDs must have an expiration date that has not passed, your photograph, and your name as it appears in the poll book. And remember, if you’re in line at 7:30 p.m., stay put! This week we are fighting for justice for Jeff Wogenstahl, who has been on death row since 1993.?Jeff was denied a fair trial because police and prosecutors hid evidence of his innocence, including changing eyewitness testimony, important evidence of alternate suspects, and witness interviews that would have been essential to Jeff’s defense. We are asking the Court to grant Jeff a new trial, with the benefit of ALL the evidence. Stay tuned to our page for updates on this case.?
