This transformative $96M project will replace the 1959 Figueroa Street facility with a modern 64,000 SF station designed to enhance public safety and set new benchmarks for sustainable civic architecture. Working with ProWest Constructors, our team is implementing innovative mass timber solutions through CLT construction while exceeding Architecture 2030 goals – demonstrating that high-performance civic buildings can lead the way in carbon reduction. ? The November ceremony brought together City leadership including Mayor Randy Rowse, City Administrator Kelly McAdoo, and Police Chief Kelly Gordon, marking the start of this significant investment in Santa Barbara's future.
